ANDREWS DRUG BUST

Sheriff Carter Weaver announces multiple arrests resulting from a narcotics investigation in Andrews.
On March 4, 2026, deputies with the GCSO Narcotics and Vice Unit, Warrants Division, and Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at 3 Clemmons Street. During the search, they recovered 87 grams of fentanyl, 88 grams of marijuana, 16 grams of cocaine, 9.32 grams of crack cocaine, 4 Dosage Units of oxycodone, 1 pistol, packaging materials, digital scales, and US currency. As a result of the investigation the following persons have been arrested and charged with:
Brian Hilton - Trafficking Fentanyl 28g or more, Trafficking Cocaine 10g-28g, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Marijuana.
Vincent Jamal Staggers Jr. - Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana 2nd Offense, Poss. Of Sched. I-V Controlled Substance 2nd Offense.
Darlene Annette Bateman - Possession of Crack Cocaine 2nd Offense and Possession of Marijuana
Dayzani Tallya Hill - Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Randolph Brown - Possession Of Crack Cocaine, Possession Sch II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana
Stacey Bouchette - Outstanding arrest warrant for shoplifting from Andrews Police Dept.
